Graham Crocker (AUS) won an ITU age group world title as did fellow Aussie Les McGrath, a multi world medallist over all triathlon distances.
Carolyn Martin and Steph Anderson (NZL) were both world age group duathlon champs last year and Peter Wood was a former ITU world age group winner.
Glen Gore won numerous national triathlon titles in South Africa while Oyvind Johannessen was the four-time Norwegian champion.
Hermann Hefti (CHE) is an many-time Ironman age group winner in Switzerland, Brazil, Western Australia and China.
Louisa Davis (NZL) and Mauricio Letzow (BRA) are both former world age group Xterra winners.
